the programme

Come and join us on a new and exciting 7 day programme in Bali.
This exciting new programme will include learning the magical Kecak Dance.  Part dance, part choral, the Kecak has been used traditionally to restore interpersonal harmony, bringing great joy and laughter to all who take part.  In addition, we will learn to play and create our own Gamelan orchestra. 

Including daily yoga and delicious, healthy food, this is a chance to unwind and re-discover your sense of play!

The main focus of this week will be on traditional music and dance from Indonesia.

We will –

• Eat, delicious local food

• Pray, understand the basic principles of praying at temple and learn to do sacred temple offerings

• Play, create our own Gamelan Orchestra

• Dance, form our own Kecak Troupe

+ Plus daily yoga class by a very experienced local teacher.

+ Plus visit the water temple during the full moon ceremony.

+ Plus an excursion to a local Kecak performance (Monkey dance).

+ Sarong & Kebaya or Shirt

Accommodation for up to 25 people staying with up to x 3 people per room with bathroom.

LOCALS LIVING IN BALI: For workshops-  $AUD800.00 for the 5 days or $AUD150.00per day per person, these prices exclude food, transport, excursions.
